What we collect
When you request an invite: your name, email, business name, website and your note about how you use AI. When you join: your name, email, business name and a password (stored only as a one-way hash), plus anything you choose to add to your profile. When you use the forum: the posts, replies, files and reactions you create, the sessions you RSVP to, and basic sign-in records (time and IP address) used to keep accounts secure.
Who can see it
Your profile and posts are visible only to signed-in members. Member pages are excluded from search engines. Your email address is shown only to you and the organizer. Files you attach can be downloaded only by signed-in members.
We send invitations, sign-in links, password resets, reply notifications and session announcements. You can turn reply, session and new-resource emails off in Settings. Account and security emails always go out.
What we don't do
We don't sell or rent your information, run ads, or use third-party analytics or tracking on the member area. The site uses a single first-party cookie to keep you signed in.
